SparkelfShuo's team is mainly composed of Snowfield versions of Pawney, Glacy, Pomawk, and Bouldus. Given that all of these Aniimo are Ice-types, it's best to counter them with Fire Aniimo to hit their elemental weaknesses. However, the battle can be quite tricky with the support of Snowfield Glacy and Snowfield Bouldus, so you will want to counter them with a hard-hitting long-range DPS Aniimo or a Support that can buff your team up, along with a BREAK Aniimo that can help speed through the challenge.
Keep Inflicting BREAK on the First 2 Aniimo
Shuo will mainly use Snowfield Pomawk and Snowfield Pawney during the first half of the battle. Snowfield Pomawk can be easily defeated if you are using powerful BREAK Aniimo like Prismana Magmarex due to its weakness counter and high BREAK depletion. Alternate between your BREAK Aniimo and DPS Aniimo while your enemy is incapacitated.
Snowfield Pawney is a BREAK Aniimo with terrifying damage skills, namely Shadow Cut and Weakening Smash, that can unleash consecutive strikes. If possible, avoid getting inflicted with BREAK, since it can defeat your Aniimo with its skills in an instant. It's best to have Fire BREAK and DPS Aniimo during this part of the battle to breeze through them immediately, while keeping them alive with a Support/Healer.
Use Long-Range DPS Aniimo for Rolling Ball
Shuo tends to bring out Snowfield Glacy once their Aniimo becomes very weak and restore a huge chunk of HP in their team with Spring of Life or Healing Water, prolonging the battle even further. This becomes trickier once Shuo switches between Snowfield Glacy and Snowfield Bouldus, who uses Rolling Ball that can easily dodge your attacks.
A long-range DPS like Lunara will prove useful during this part of the battle, especially with its BREAK skills that can put enemies on a pinch, even without the elemental advantage. You will want to get rid of Snowfield Bouldus as soon as possible to focus on Snowfield Glacy, who will prolong the battle even more with its debuff skill, Ice Orb, that can freeze you for about 2.5 seconds.

In the Mountains, North of Driftwise Meadow
Shuo is located in the snowy mountains of Driftwise Meadow, just north of the lake next to the RV Park. You can easily access this area by teleporting to the area's Nurture, southwest of Shuo's location.
