Snowfield RookeyLita's team composition consists of three DPS and one healer aniimo. All four aniimo also have the prismana form, which has different elemental weaknesses and resistances than their base form.
We highly recommend building a team with the same composition of three DPS to fully counter each one of Lita's aniimo. Make sure to pick one aniimo you have listed above. This ensures that you deal higher damage (1.6x), while taking significantly less damage from their attacks (0.625x).

Inflict Crowd Control Status Effects
In Pathfinder fights, your aniimo can inflict all status effects on the enemy, such as Sleep, Stun, Paralysis, and more. Take advantage of this to give yourself a window of opportunity to deal damage against them, while reducing the risk of them attacking or chasing you.
For this fight, given that all three slots of the team are already occupied, we highly recommend Somniwing as your fourth party member with Hypnotic Spores equipped.
Sleep buys you time to switch to the counter aniimo while dealing 25% increased damage. There is also a wakeup delay after you deal damage to a sleeping enemy, which gives you more chances to deal damage.
Switch to the Counter Aniimo Quickly
Lita always starts the fight with Sherro. You can use your fourth aniimo of the team to activate a buff, debuff, shield, or heal your party before switching to a Lightning or Ice aniimo.
If you managed to deal a chunk of damage to Sherro, Lita will switch to Glacy and cast a healing skill. Otherwise, it will switch to Stellarys and use its skill before switching back to Sherro. If you defeat Sherro, the pattern will adjust to Stellarys and Glynsera. This will repeat until Lita runs out of DPS aniimo.
Learn this pattern so that you can switch to your counter aniimo as quickly as possible because Lita will immediately cast their skill as soon as they switch, which can deal increased damage to your aniimo if they are weak to it.
Lure the Aniimo Away From Glacy's Heal
Prismana Glacy's entire job in Lita's team is to heal the party using its skill or ultimate. If you see Lita switch to Glacy, immediately run away. This will lure Lita's aniimo away from Glacy's healing.

Boomblast Arena
You can find Lita in the center of Boomblast Arena in Astra. If you cannot find Lita in Boomblast Arena, she is near the Holo-Lab in Polaris Institute. You need to complete the Promotional Assessment first for Lita to move to Boomblast Arena.

Prismana Sherro After the Rematch
You can get a Prismana Sherro with Perfect potential after beating Elite Pathfinder Lita again. You also gain the rewards of beating an Elite Pathfinder, such as Irisalis Petal, Besauce Fragments, Safaris EXP, Report Card, and Phenomena Crystal.

How to Fight Lita
Reach Level 60
You can unlock Elite Pathfinder Lita once you reach Level 60 during the Promotional Assessment quest, Starlight's Witness. After the main quest fight, you can fight her again right away.
