There are 25 Journey Chapters in Aniimo, which are region legends that tell a self-contained story through quests. Journey Chapters can contain multiples Journey quests under it, while some will only have one quest under them.

In other words, each Journey Chapters are questlines that tell a self-contained story by completing all the quests underneath a chapter.

Side Quests to Prioritize Early

Quest Reason to Complete Early
Warrior (The Legend of Thousand-Fang Ridge) Complete this quest as soon as possible, as it takes 3 real-life days to finish due to daily server resets

This will also let you unlock the Inferlupa evolution for Flameruff.
Secret of the Golden Helmet Complete this hidden quest to unlock the Mountain Woods form of Helmut and Rookey.
Prologue: The Wondrous RV Completing this quest unlocks the RV and Aniimo Homeland systems, as well as gain full access to base building, facilities, and housing features.
Mysterious Presence Provides a massive payout of essential resources, including Voxel Coins, Glimmer, and Credits.

Also unlocks high-tier Holo-Lab challenges and grants the Aimo Core

How Many Journey Quests Are There?

52 Journey Quests and 2 Hidden Quests

Overall, there are 52 Journey quests in total, and 2 hidden quests, making it a total of 54 side quests overall listed on the page.

How to Unlock Side Quests

Go to the Required Region

Some quests will begin by just being in the right area. These quests automatically go into your quest list the moment you draw near, and other quests may start a cutscene to indicate the start of the quest.

Follow Clues in the Region

Clues

When you visit a region, sometimes clues will pop-up that will lead you to a location or an NPC that will unlock a quest in the region. Sometimes, the clues will tell you to switch the time of day to morning or night, in order to progress the clue.

You can follow clues by tracking them, which will make a small green marker with exclamation mark appear in the map for you to follow.

Increase Your Rank by Doing Growth Quest

Growth Quest

In order to unlock more quests and content in the game, you must level up your rank by doing assessment or growth quest that will level up your overall world rank.

Increasing your world rank usually involves battling a Badge holder, and answering Dr. Lewis' questions correctly in Theory Tests during Growth quests.

Side Quest Rewards

Receive Credits, Glimmer, EXP and More

Glimmer

Just like main story quests, and achieving a milestone, completing side quests will reward you with Glimmer and Credits that you can use to buy items.

Naturally, side quests also give a lot of EXP so you can level up and unlock more quests.

Obtain Certain Aniimos

Veilfloat

Some quests will give you an Aniimo after completing those quests. For example, Is That a... Lighthouse? will give you a Veilfloat after completing the quest.
