LuminelleDodge Susuta's Water Cannon
Susuta's Water Cannon is the damage dealer skill and can take a chunk of your BREAK gauge. It will be easier to dodge this compared to Water Dash, since this will prompt Susuta to jump into the air, then aim a volume of water at a target area.
Keep Attacking Susuta to Stop Water Dash
While there is an option to dodge Susuta's Water Dash, this is trickier to do since it happens in a split second. However, you can stop it by continuing to hit Susuta, especially with aggressive skills such as Glynsera's Boomerang Blade.
Dorothy Location
By the Shore South of Echoback Landing
