Restart Customization

While there is currently no way to delete a player character, one way to redo full customization would be to go back to the title screen and select a new server. Once a new server has been selected, you will be asked if you want to stick with your previous customization options. To fully start over, simply refuse this when it pops up.

Buy Cosmetic Cards from Item Shop

Cosmetic Cards

If you want to change the color of your character's hair or their makeup, you first need to buy the Hair Saloon and Redesign cosmetic cards respectively. These can be found in the Item section of the Shop tab, and both cost 300 Glimmer per piece.
