Can be Found in Echoback Landing During Nighttime

There are a few Nighttime Popota spawns in Echoback Landing when visiting it during Nighttime. These respawn after a short while, allowing you to capture more after going away for a bit then returning.
However, since you don't need to capture them to 100% Echoback Landing, you're better off evolving Nighttime Susutas instead since those are much easier to catch en masse.

Attract an Opposite Gender Susuta to Get the Nighttime Piopiota Evolution
To evolve Nighttime Popota to Nighttime Piopiota, visit Echoback Landing during Nighttime. Then, switch to your Nighttime Popota and start running near the Susuta on the beach until one approaches you. Once it's near, Nighttime Piopiota's evolution should become available (provided you've met the level and material cost requirements).
Nighttime Panpanta Requires a Popota with an I and J Personality
To evolve Nighttime Popota into a Nighttime Panpanta, you'll need a Nighttime Popota that has both the I (Instinctive) and J (Judicious) personality types.
