This is a guide on how to become Illusory Friends in Aniimo. Read to find out how to become Illusory Friends, as well as how to raise your friendship Affinity and what the benefits are.

How to Become Illusory Friends

Increase Affinity and Become Soulmates

Soulmate

Soulmate is the highest rank of friendship you can reach, and this is only possible by getting a total of 4500 Affinity. You can earn 100 Affinity per day, totaling in 45 days of daily interaction with your friend. This is a shared counter between the both of you, so keep interacting daily in order to raise it.

How to Increase Affinity

Friendship Streak Indicator

The simplest way to raise Affinity is to chat with each other. Even just sending each other emoticons already counts as chatting.

Once a conversation has been initiated, a Friendship Streak indicator will appear on the top left corner of your friend's profile icon. A number will show how long your Streak has been going, and this won't ignite unless you have chatted with each other within the day.

Visit Each Others' Homes

Visiting Friend Homes

Another method is to visit each other's homes. Just simply visiting will already raise your Affinity with your friend, but you can also help till their crops in order to get resources for your own home. Tilling a friend's crops will also help them grow faster.

Gifting Tab

Over the course of the game, you will receive Gifts that you can send to your friend. Do note that there is no limit as to how many gifts you can send to a friend, but there is a weekly limit to how many in total you can send.

Illusory Aniimo

Aniimo Illusory

By becoming Illusory Friends, you have a chance of getting an Illusory Aniimo while trading with them. This is random and cannot have its occurrence rate be increased.

Illusory Aniimo are similar to Sparkling variants in that they change how your Aniimo looks. However, do note that being an Illusory variant does not affect your Aniimo's stats or potential.
