Best Used in Dark Teams

Prismana Hexxin is highly effective in Dark teams, since its Prank trait's EP recovery effect can only be triggered by Dark basic attacks.

Although Euphoric Sonic Blast can be used in any team to recover some EP, relying on it means losing access to Prank’s EP recovery, which is the primary source of Prismana Hexxin’s Regen capabilities. As a result, teams that substitute Sonic Blast for Prank will see diminished sustain and overall efficiency.

How to Play Prismana Hexxin

Recommended Skill Rotation

  1. Apply buffs and debuffs using your Support aniimo. If you have Fragrancier, for example, use Secret Fragrance Mark on the enemy. You can also use healing skills like Withering Bloom if you are already mid-fight and need healing.
  2. Swap to Prismana Hexxin and use Black Hole Domain for sustained damage and some crowd control. Use Euphoric Sonic Blast afterward to recover some EP.
  3. If Prank is off cooldown, it will apply Curse on enemies, allowing you to recover EP when performing Dark basic attacks.
  4. Swap to your Break or DPS and execute their skill rotation.
  5. Repeat rotation with Support aniimo and Prismana Hexxin.

Use Euphoric Sonic Blast to Recover EP

Euphoric Sonic Blast is a damaging skill that recovers 10 EP when used. This skill is free, so make sure to use it often, especially if you need EP. This skill can also be used to apply Curse if Prank is off cooldown.

Cast Black Hole Domain for Crowd Control and Damage

Black Hole Domain continuously deals Dark damage to enemies within its range. Additionally, smaller enemies are pulled towards its center, keeping them in place for the duration of the skill. This is Prismana Hexxin's crowd control skill, and can also be used to apply Curse when Prank is available.

Apply Curse to Improve EP Recovery

During the start of the fight (and every 18 seconds after), Prank becomes active. While active, the next damaging skill that Prismana Hexxin uses will apply Curse on hit enemies. While an enemy is afflicted with Curse, your team will restore EP whenever a Cursed enemy is hit by Dark basic attacks.

This EP recovery is very helpful, especially when using a Dark-type DPS that relies on basic attacks a lot like Ignitis or Pawney.

Use Annihilation Bomb if You Have Spare Ultimate Energy

Annihilation Bomb is a powerful AoE attack that deals large amounts of damage to enemies in front of Prismana Hexxin. While this skill is strong, it is better to reserve your Ultimate gauge for your DPS or Break aniimo's Ultimate skills, like Pawney's Ironclad Armament, which requires two bars of Ultimate gauge to use.

Use Malicious Outburst Against Aniimo With Shields

Malicious Outburst is Prismana Hexxin's exclusive skill. It functions similarly to Oozing Malice, but it reduces the target's subsequent shield values instead of its healing. Malicious Outburst is effective against aniimo that generate shields like Turbo, as it reduces the shield's strength, especially in Pathfinder Challenges or PvP.

Much like its basic form, being both a Dark and Grass aniimo makes Prismana Hexxin take significantly less damage against Earth opponents, while also dealing more damage against them. This is because Earth is not effective against Dark and Grass, but Dark and Grass are both effective against Earth.

Based on our testing, Prismana Hexxin takes slightly less damage against Earth compared to its basic form.
