Core Effect: Equipped Aniimo gain 0.7 additional ATK per level.
Tier 1 Effect: ATK +2
Tier 2 Effect: Damage Amp +10%. Effect doubles if ATK is above 15.
Giant Tortoise Shell Icon Giant Tortoise Shell Main Stat: HP +10.0%
Core Effect: Equipped Aniimo gain 0.7 additional P.DEF and M.DEF per level.
Heritage Amulet Icon Heritage Amulet Main Stat: HP +10.0%
Core Effect: Grants a shield equal to 4% of max HP for 5s after taking damage 10 times.
Heartseeker Pendant Icon Heartseeker Pendant Main Stat: Damage Amp +10.0%
Core Effect: Grants a 50% chance to trigger an additional 10 Might damage after landing a critical hit.
Fission Needles Icon Fission Needles Main Stat: Damage Amp +10.0%
Core Effect: Each basic attack has a 50% chance to deal double damage.
Tier 1 Effect: Restores 1 EP when triggered.
Tier 2 Effect: If EP is full, increases basic attack Damage Amp by 30% for 10s.

Tier 2 Effect: BREAK +10%. If BREAK Acquired Potential exceeds 15 points, the effect is doubled.
Echoing Grimoire Icon Echoing Grimoire Main Stat: Damage Amp +10.0%
Core Effect: Increases damage dealt by 5% when using the same skill consecutively. Stacks up to 5 times.
Tier 1 Effect: Grants an additional 15% DMG boost after using the same skill 3 times consecutively.
Explosive Gloves Icon Explosive Gloves Main Stat: Damage Amp +10.0%
Core Effect: Increases Damage Amp by 5% for every 10 EP currently available.
Tier 1 Effect: Increases the DMG boost per 10 EP to 7.5%.
Capacitous Battery Icon Capacitous Battery Main Stat: Damage Amp +10.0%
Core Effect: Increases Ultimate damage by 30%.
Tier 1 Effect: After using an Ultimate. immediately refunds 10% Ultimate Points.
Spirited Feather Icon Spirited Feather Main Stat: REGEN +10.0%
Core Effect: Equipped Aniimo gain 0.7 additional REGEN per level.
Tier 1 Effect: REGEN +2
Tier 2 Effect: Cooldown reduction +10%. Effect doubles if REGEN is above 15.

Avenging Gear Icon Avenging Gear Main Stat: BREAK +10.0%
Core Effect: When taking damage, gains a Counter Mark. Increases the next BREAK damage dealt by 30%.
Marching Flask Icon Marching Flask Main Stat: HP +10.0%
Core Effect: Restores 1.4% HP for every 10 meters moved.
Tier 1 Effect: REGEN +2
Miraculous Fleece Icon Miraculous Fleece Main Stat: Enhanced Healing Effect +6.0%
Core Effect: Transfers 10% of the target's excess healing to the Aniimo with the lowest HP percentage.
Tier 1 Effect: Increases healing by 5%.
Supreme Elixir Icon Supreme Elixir Main Stat: Damage Amp +5.0%
Core Effect: Increases final damage by 50%, but reduces max HP to 1. (Does not apply to Support Aniimo.)
Tier 1 Effect: For every 500 HP lost, increases final damage by 1%, up to 15%. (Does not apply to Support Aniimo.)
Gargantuan Claw Icon Gargantuan Claw Main Stat: BREAK +5.0%
Core Effect: Each level of the equipped Aniimo grants an additional 0.8 BREAK.
Tier 1 Effect: BREAK +2

Held Items are equipment for Aniimos that boost stats or grant special effects to enhance combat performance.

These items have a main stat, as well as unique core and tier effects. Higher rarity Held Items offer higher stats.

Obtained by Defeating Alpha Aniimos

Held Items are obtained by defeating Alpha Aniimos. Slightly bigger than their regular counterparts, these tough open-world enemies feature unique battle mechanics.

Held Items are also found by opening treasure chests in the overworld during exploration.
