Since all of Cecelia’s aniimo are Water types, a solid Grass team proves highly effective. Irisalis’ Whirling Blossom Rain grants both mobility and range, giving it a clear advantage over Sherro and Piopiota, who rely on melee combat. Pairing Irisalis with Leafy and either Melloblum or Turbo provides tremendous damage amplification, which also complements Irisalis’ Shadow Clones. Meanwhile, Somniwing ensures a steady flow of EP recovery to sustain the team.
Turbo can substitute for Melloblum, offering team‑wide damage and Break efficiency through Nimbi Burst, while Cloud Shield adds reliable protection.

Sherro and Piopiota are Cecelia's melee aniimo. While they're a strong duo, Irisalis's mobility and range give it a large advantage against them. With this in mind, the most effective strategy is to have Irisalis circle the combat area while attacking and using Whirling Blossom Rain. This allows you to dodge their attacks and skills easily while dealing consistent damage.

Cecelia's team comp revolves around providing Sherro with water puddles to trigger its Tidal Heart trait, boosting its water damage by 20%. Piopiota's skills and Erlath's Bubble trait provide Sherro with a constant supply of water puddles throughout the fight. To prevent Sherro from gaining the damage boost from its trait, try to lure it away from water puddles by moving far away from it. This forces Sherro to come after you, since it's a melee aniimo.

One highly effective tactic is to use Irisalis’ Florae Descent when any of Cecelia’s Aniimo has a critically low or depleted Break gauge. Summoning an additional clone during this stagger window allows Irisalis to unleash devastating damage, often stripping away massive HP or outright eliminating the target.
Furthermore, forming a contract with Irisalis’ exclusive Held Item enhances this strategy—as Irisalis Shadow will summon 2 clones instead of 1, raising the total to 3 when combined with Florae Descent. With this increased clone count, amplified by supporting aniimo buffs and Grass typing advantage, Irisalis can consistently deliver maximum damage output.
Florae Descent Stats and Effect

You can find Cecelia at Tideblossom Coast, directly south of the Tideblossom Coast Bloom. You need to defeat Cecelia in the first battle to unlock her Elite Pathfinder challenge.
