Celestis Location
Can be Found Across Multiple Regions in Breezy Plains
Celestis can be found across multiple regions in the western side of the Breezy Plains. You'll find a ton of them in both the Forest of Falling Stars and the Argent Strait. When you first start the game, you'll also find a few after exiting the Outpost in Nimbus Fields.
If you venture farther north along the coast, a few of them can also be found roaming the forested areas of Echoback Landing.
