Chance to Spawn in Tideblossom Coast Wild Surges
Veilfloat can appear during Wild Surges in Tideblossom Coast. Nurture the Bloom to trigger a Wild Surge and have a chance of encountering Veilfloat. Make sure to nurture it using Lightning Shards to spawn Bulbly instead of Fahloo.
