Controller Support
Controllers are currently supported on the PC version of Aniimo but are unconfirmed for the upcoming Mobile version. Check here for supported controllers and how to setup controller in this guide.

List of Contents

Is There Controller Support?

PC Controller Support Available

Aniimo features native controller support on PC. The game seamlessly detects both Xbox and PlayStation (PS4 / PS5) controllers. When connecting a PS4 controller, Aniimo will automatically load and display the PS5 (DualSense) controller diagram in the input settings menu. The button mapping maps identically, but visual UI prompts will showcase the DualSense layout.

Not Confirmed for Mobile

Controller support for iOS and Android has not been announced yet. Handheld details will be added here once patch notes or specs drop!

How to Set Up Controllers

Via USB Cable

Plug your Xbox or PlayStation controller into a USB port on your PC and launch Aniimo. The game auto-detects input and switches seamlessly from Keyboard & Mouse to Controller without requiring menu configuration. See the attached video above for demonstration.

Via Bluetooth Connection

Begin by opening your Windows settings, navigating to Bluetooth and devices, and turning Bluetooth on. Click Add device and choose Bluetooth to put Windows in search mode.

To pair an Xbox controller, hold the top Pair button until the Xbox logo flashes rapidly. For a PlayStation controller, hold the Create or Share button and the PS Button at the same time until the lightbar starts blinking. Select your Wireless Controller from the detected devices list to finish pairing.
