Cloudmist Turbo cannot be caught in the wilds of Idyll. Instead, you'll have to evolve it starting from its Lumin stage form - Cloudmist Nimbi.

Versatile Universal Support for Every Team

Cloudmist Turbo's greatest strength is access to Nimbi Burst, which provides all party members with an up to 30% universal damage buff and increased break efficiency. These effects are highly competitive with similar skills, especially because many support skills in the game are limited to specific elements rather than benefiting the entire team.

Cloudmist Turbo also provides shields through Cloud Shield and healing through its ultimate, Collectible Drop. This combination makes Cloudmist Turbo a versatile aniimo that can fit into almost any team.

Cloudmist Turbo's best personality is J, as it increases its max HP and allows it to provide stronger shields with Cloud Burst. I is also useful because it improves Regen, which enhances passive EP recovery. The other personalities are less important, as Cloudmist Turbo does not deal significant damage.

Cloudmist Turbo's best stats are HP and Regen. Increasing its max HP strengthens the shield it grants to the party, while Regen improves its passive EP recovery as it builds stacks from its trait.

Should You Form a Contract with Your Held Item?

We do not recommend forming a contract with the Held Item. Nimbi Burst already has a very low EP cost of 10, so reducing it to 0 provides little practical benefit.

How to Play Cloudmist Turbo

Recommended Skill Rotation

  1. If you have a Regen or another Support aniimo, use their skills to gain buffs or inflict debuffs.
  2. When switching to Cloudmist Turbo and Shrouded in Mist is not active, use Cloud Shield. Otherwise, use Nimbi Burst before using Cloud Shield.
  3. Switch to a Break aniimo and work toward reducing the enemy's break gauge to 0.
  4. Switch to your DPS aniimo to deal damage while the enemy is in a break state.
  5. By the time you switch back to Cloudmist Turbo, you should have Shrouded in Mist active. If not, perform the required number of basic attacks before using Nimbi Burst.
  6. (Optional) If you have a spare ultimate charge and Cloudmist Turbo's team needs healing, you can use Collectible Drop.

Build Shrouded in Mist Stacks

Cloudmist Turbo's trait, Shrouded in Mist, activates after it performs 4 basic attacks while on the field or remains off-field for 20 seconds. Using any skill while the trait is active resets the stacks to 0.

Use Skills Only While the Trait is Active

Turbo Enhanced Skills

Use Nimbi Burst only when Shrouded in Mist is active. This allows Cloudmist Turbo to double the damage and break efficiency buffs it provides to the party.

Cloud Shield is effective enough without the trait, and the additional shield strength it gains while Shrouded in Mist is active is relatively small.

Use Ultimate When Healing Is Needed

Cloudmist Turbo's ultimate, Collectible Drop, drops up to 7 collectibles that any ally can pick up to restore up to 6% of their HP. Keep in mind that the healing is based on the HP of the aniimo that picks up the collectible

Functionally Identical to Basic Turbo

Cloudmist Turbo functions similarly to regular Turbo, sharing the same typing and skill set. It does not gain any new skills or additional elemental advantages, so its Support role remains largely unchanged.

Use for Controlling Wind and Leisure in the Homeland

If Cloudmist Turbo is not part of your active party, you can assign it to your Homeland to provide Wind and produce goods for each facility during its leisure time.
