Hexxin is one of the best aniimo to use in Egg Heist, thanks to its ability to safely control groups of enemies while dealing great damage with Black Hole Domain. Heartseeker Pendant further increases Hexxin's damage against these groups, as Black Hole Domain's multiple damage ticks provide more opportunities to trigger the item's additional damage effect.
Lunara also contributes to the team's damage by using Moon Impact while enemies are CCed, which deals good AoE damage while Black Hole Domain keeps enemies in one area.

Irisalis

Prismana Glacy
|
Leafy
|
Somniwing
|
Irisalis is one of the best Main DPS options for Egg Heist, dealing massive damage while also having good mobility through its skills. It also has a free revive from its trait (with a 3-minute cooldown) which is especially useful in higher difficulties where enemies deal significant damage to your aniimo.
However, Irisalis requires plenty of EP regeneration to maintain its damage output. Leafy and Somniwing are great teammates for Irisalis, as they can restore additional EP from their skills.

Lunara

Somniwing
|
Lunara deals most of its damage using Moon Impact, which allows it to consistently deal AoE damage from a safe distance. Lunara's basic attacks can also provide small amounts of healing whenever it consumes Silvermoon Marks, giving Lunara a source of sustain while in combat.

Helion

Somniwing
|
Helion is a strong melee DPS option despite needing to fight at closer range. Its boosted Light Bombardment can restore its own HP, giving it more sustain while in combat. Its trait, Solar Grace, also increases its final damage when attacking enemies without an elemental advantage, making it a consistent DPS option against different enemies.

Stellarys
|
Prismana Glacy
|
Turbo
|
Fragrancier
|
Stellarys focuses on basic attack damage by pairing its Shadow Magic skill with the Fission Needles held item. Shadow Magic creates a clone that mimics Stellarys' Basic Attacks, while Fission Needles increases its basic attack damage. Both Stellarys and its clone benefit from the increased damage.
Fragrancier further increases Stellarys' damage using Secret Fragrance Mark, which marks enemies and makes them take increased damage from Dark-type basic attacks.
Operation: Egg Heist Team Mode is a PvE game mode where you can explore the Lost Sanctum with up to three players to battle creatures, collect loot, and search for rare aniimo eggs.
You can enter with a full team or play solo. Eggs found during a team run are shared among the team, while the Eggshell Coins from selling loot are earned individually. One benefit of playing solo is that you can keep all the Eggshell Coins you earned during a run.

In order to leave the island, you must fulfill the Escape Conditions written on the left of the screen. It usually involves you collecting one egg, and a certain amount of Eggshell Coins.
You can choose between Normal, Hard, Nightmare, or Chaos difficulty if you want to challenge yourself when hunting during the Egg Heist game mode. Choosing higher difficulties will give you more Eggshell Coins and Egg Heist Rank, however, you'll need to reach specific ranks first before you can take on harder difficulties.
Once Part 2 of Season 1 premieres on October 29, 2026, a new, permanent PvP Mode will be added to Operation: Egg Heist. This is different from the current PvPvE Mode that is currently in the game, as players will be pit against one another in a race for Eggs rather than being teammates.
Fair play is emphasized, which may mean better matchmaking against similarly-leveled players.

Before doing an Egg Heist run, prepare your equipment by equipping a Backpack, Attack Amplifier, and Protective Unit. These items determine your carrying capacity, offensive power, and defensive capabilities during the run.
You can upgrade your equipment as you earn more Eggshell Coins to increase your carrying capacity and improve your ability to survive tougher enemies on higher difficulties.
Attack Amplifiers and Protective Units have durability that decreases during runs. Check their durability before entering higher difficulties and make sure your equipment is in good condition before starting a run.

Egg Heist lets you bring four Aniimo into a run, but only your Main Aniimo can fight normally. Your three Assist Aniimo cannot fight directly and instead provide their skills to support your main Aniimo.
After entering the Lost Isles, search the map for the entrance to an activated Lost Sanctum. The Sanctum contains enemies, loot, and eggs that you need to collect before extracting.

The Lost Sanctum has a Main Entrance and a Side Entrance, with both doors leading to the same Sanctum and acting as either an entrance or exit. Though entering through the Side Entrance places you deeper inside the Sanctum, which is riskier but potentially provides a faster route to valuable rooms. When carrying an egg, check the map and head toward whichever exit provides the safer or shorter route.

Enemies are scattered throughout the Sanctum. You can find various loot while exploring the area, which can be sold for Eggshell Coins. Higher-rarity loot generally provides more Eggshell Coins, so prioritize adding them to your inventory to fulfill the escape condition.
Loot takes up inventory space and contributes to your carrying weight, so you should prioritize higher-rarity loot to get more Eggshell Coins. Avoid filling your inventory with low-value items when better loot is available.

Search the Sanctum for the egg nest where the objective egg can be found. Once you locate the egg, interact with it to begin the egg collection.

After collecting an egg, you can twine with it to control its movement. While twined with the egg, you will control the egg itself and need to move it toward the exit. Be careful while carrying the egg, as the egg cannot fight and may need teammates to protect it during extraction. If you are playing solo, consider clearing the path towards the Sanctum exit first for a safer extraction.

The Sanctum entrance also serves as the exit. Once you have completed your objectives, make your way back through the Sanctum and return to the Lost Isles.

After leaving the Sanctum, bring the collected egg to the Egg Boat and submit it. The egg will be sent via mail after submission and once your team successfully evacuates the Lost Isles. You must interact with the Egg Boat again when you are ready to evacuate the Lost Isles.
Once you have completed the Escape Conditions and collected valuable rewards, you can consider extracting or risking the run for more loot. Extracting secures your rewards, while continuing the heist gives you more opportunities to earn Eggshell Coins and potentially find more eggs at the risk of losing your items.
If you faint during this game mode, you will forfeit all of your items in your backpack, alongside what you've currently equipped. Always prepare yourself first before embarking within the island.
Beginner's Protection protects new players from losing their items when they fainted for up to 3 times. You can take advantage of this protection while learning the mechanics of Egg Heist.

Egg Heist has its own Talent system that provides permanent upgrades for the mode. Talents use different types of Essence to unlock improvements.
Personal Growth provides upgrades that improve your combat performance during Egg Heist runs. Invest in these talents to improve your ability to explore, fight enemies, and carry out successful extractions.
Egg Boat Upgrade provides improvements related to the Egg Boat and extraction. Prioritize useful upgrades that make it easier to secure your rewards.
Focus on completing the Escape Conditions and successfully extracting to progress your rank. Failed runs do not provide the same progression as successful extractions, so surviving the run is important when trying to climb higher ranks.
Higher Egg Heist difficulties are unlocked by reaching specific Egg Heist Rank requirements. You can receive Rank-Up Rewards when you advance into a rank for the first time. Each rank also unlocks more advanced equipment in the Egg Heist Shop.
