Prismana Luminelle can only be obtained at the west side of Tideblossom Coast during a Prismana Flow event. Only one Prismana Luminelle can appear at a time and it does not respawn.

Prismana Luminelle has access to party buffs tied to the lightning element when using Lightning Surge or Self-Destruction. Luminelle's trait, Arc Surge, also grants more lightning damage buffs to the party whenever it uses a buff skill.

Despite having access to healing skills, Prismana Luminelle can only heal party members that are on the field. This makes the light skill, Healing Impact, from Prismana Luminelle also useless for the party, but at least it can cleanse debuffs instead of only healing.

Prismana Luminelle's best skill is Lightning Surge, which grants a lightning basic attack buff as well as an increase in break damage. Swift Retreat allows Prismana Luminelle to dash backwards and apply a slow effect on the enemies.

Prismana Luminelle should have E to gain more Attack stats to increase the buff it provides. F and J help gain more magical defense and HP to reduce damage from most ranged attacks and skills. It doesn't matter if you get S or N because Luminelle doesn't do damage anyway.

Prismana Luminelle's best stats are HP and Attack. It is important to raise Prismana Luminelle's survivability with more HP. Prismana Luminelle's buffs scale with Attack, which makes the Attack stat worth getting.

Prismana Luminelle's best held item is Ferocious Fang. It gives more Attack stat to further increase the buff it provides to the party. The rest of the effects are irrelevant for Prismana Luminelle.

How to Play Prismana Luminelle

Recommended Skill Rotation

  1. Immediately use Lightning Surge when you enter a fight.
  2. Swap to a break aniimo to take advantage of the increased break damage.
  3. (Optional) If you have a spare ultimate charge, use Self-Destruction before the enemy breaks.
  4. Switch to your DPS aniimo to deal damage amplified by the break state.
  5. (Optional) If the enemy is mobile or you are about to get attacked when you switch to Prismana Luminelle, use Swift Retreat to dodge.

Lightning Surge Grants Lightning Buffs

Lightning Surge provides a lightning basic attack and a break damage buff. Outside of Luminelle's ultimate, this is the only way for you to activate its trait, Arc Surge, which grants a lightning damage buff for the party.

Heal Does Not Apply to Off-Field Allies

Prismana Luminelle's healing skills only apply to itself and allies in the field. If your allies are off-field, Luminelle cannot heal them. However, you can swap out Swift Retreat for Water Rush if you need to steal EP from enemies, or Healing Impact if you need access to a status effect removal.

Use Self-Destruction If You Can

We highly recommend using Prismana Luminelle's ulltimate skill, Self-Destruction, only if you have enough ultimate charge for the DPS or Break aniimo too. Otherwise, the buff it provides is less than using a powerful damaging skill or a way to quickly break an enemy.

Used For Electricity, Light, and Crafting Goods

If Prismana Luminelle is not in your active party, you can assign it to passively provide electricity and light to your Homeland as well as craft goods to each facility.
