EP (Energy Points) are used to cast skills in Aniimo. See how to get EP and how to use them in combat in this guide.

Energy Points (EP) are shared among the team and are used to cast Aniimo skills. You can find the EP indicator located above the health bar, represented by six blue energy orbs.
EP Cost per skill can be seen on the Aniimo Management screen, when you are selecting skills for your Aniimo.
How to Unlock All Aniimo Skills

EP (Energy Points) automatically regenerates as you perform basic attacks with an Aniimo. After using a skill, an EP orb will be consumed. However, when you use a basic attack, it will restore EP, allowing you to cast another skill.
Pathfinders can include a Regen Aniimo in their team lineup. This allows them to quickly regain lost EP, minimizing downtime for using Aniimo skills.
Regen Aniimo are useful precisely because of the decrease in EP recovery time, which is essential when needing to cast consecutive skills. Though Regen Aniimo are not the only ones who have skills to boost EP Recovery, the amount of REGEN they boost for the whole party is still noteworthy.

There are various Held Items that can be equipped to an Aniimo to help restore EP. Some examples of these held items include the Fission Needles and the Auspicious Bell.
Note that the Held Items with Regen and EP effects from other Aniimo only works when they are on the field.
