Participate in the Aniimo Discovery: Dazmand Event

Event Duration 9/25/2026~10/8/2026

To find and catch Dazmand, players will need to participate in the Aniimo Discovery: Dazmand event from September 25, 2026 to October 8, 2026. During the event, you can use 3 "Searches" every three days for free to locate Dazmand across Idyll, allowing you to find and catch it in the process. The last 2 "Searches" cost Vein Essences instead.

During this event, you can complete missions to increase the chances of getting a Sparkling Dazmand with Perfect Potential during a search. You can also catch a total of 20 Dazmand to get a guaranteed Perfect Dazmand Egg that you can hatch to get one with a Perfect Potential.

Best Used in Lightning Teams

Dazmand can apply critical rate buffs to any lightning attacks when using Thunder Sweep. Dazmand also has access to skills that can inflict Lightning Debuff on enemies when using Electricity Shock and Lightning Storm. Thanks to Dazmand's trait, Spotlight Moment, skills can be periodically cast for 0 EP, which makes it easier for its team to have more EP to use.

Despite all this, this means that Dazmand's role in a lightning party is equivalent to Luminelle. Both offer lightning buffs but are used by different lightning aniimo. This makes Dazmand a fine substitute for Luminelle but not a replacement.

Dazmand's best skills are Thunder Sweep and Electricity Shock. Dazmand's main goal for the party is to provide the party with an increased lightning critical rate when using Thunder Sweep. Electricity Shock inflicts a lightning debuff to reduce the lightning resistance of the enemies.

Dazmand's best personalities are E and N. It allows Dazmand to gain more attack and critical rate to increase the buffs it provides to the party and take advantage of the increased critical chance. The rest of the personalities can be anything.

Dazmand's best stats are Attack and Break. Given that Dazmand's skills can deal decent damage, prioritizing damaging stats is great. It also allows Dazmand to increase the buffs it provides to the party.

Dazmand's best held item is Spirited Feather. The only important aspect of this held item is to increase Dazmand's Regen stat and a 10% cooldown reduction.

Should You Form a Contract with Your Held Item?

【BOOSTED】		 Thunder Sweep gains a larger range as well as a stronger pull effect.

We do not recommend forming a contract with the Held Item. Increasing the range and pull effect of Thunder Sweep is irrelevant for Dazmand. Its main goal is to grant buffs to the party and inflict a stun on the enemies.

How to Play Dazmand

Recommended Skill Rotation

  1. Do not enter a fight with Dazmand on the field.
  2. At the start of a fight, immediately switch to Dazmand and cast Thunder Sweep and Electricity Shock.
  3. Swap to a break aniimo to take advantage of the buffs.
  4. (Optional) If you have a spare ultimate charge, use Lightning Storm before the enemy breaks.
  5. Switch to your DPS aniimo to deal damage amplified by the break state.
  6. Make sure to always switch to Dazmand and cast Thunder Sweep and Electricity Shock once Spotlight Moment goes off cooldown.

Spotlight Moment Grants Free Skill Use

Dazmand's trait, Spotlight Moment, allows it to cast a skill for 0 EP every 15 seconds when you switch into it during battle. Make sure to use a skill within 5 seconds of Dazmand entering the battle to take advantage of the trait or else you will waste it.

Make sure to only use the effect of this trait on Thunder Sweep because it costs 30 EP to cast it.

Use Lightning Storm If You Can

Dazmand's ultimate, Lightning Storm, can inflict up to 12 stacks of Lightning Debuff on the enemy. If you have the spare ultimate charge, you can use it before the enemy breaks.

Used For Electricity and Crafting Goods

If Dazmand is not in your active party, you can assign it to passively provide electricity to your Homeland and craft goods to each facility.
