Glynsera Location

Can Be Caught After Defeating Alpha Glynsera in Beast Fang Ridge

Underground Cavern in Beast Fang Ridge

Glynsera can be caught after defeating Alpha Glynsera in Beast Fang Ridge. You can use an Aniipod Ultra after defeating the Alpha to guarantee the catch, but evolving Bonesky or Fenrier instead is easier and helps in saving your Aniipod Ultras.

Has a Chance to Spawn in Beast Fang Ridge Wild Surges

Glynsera Beast Fang Ridge Wild Surge

Glynsera can also appear as a spawn during Wild Surges in Beast Fang Ridge. Nurture the Bloom located in Beast Fang Ridge to trigger a Wild Surge to have a chance of encountering Glynsera. Make sure to nurture it using Ice Shards to spawn the Bonesky with Fenriers and Glynseras.

Skills to Equip:

Glynsera’s best team consists of Geoclaw, Prismana Glacy, and Somniwing. This team focuses on maximizing Glynsera’s damage while consistently applying Ice Debuff stacks. Geoclaw helps fill the enemy’s Break Gauge and apply additional Ice Debuff stacks. Prismana Glacy increases the team's damage and provides healing while Somniwing provides additional EP for Glynsera and Geoclaw to stack Ice Debuffs from their skills with good consistency.

Alternative Aniimo Options

Rookey IconRookey
Rookey is a good alternative Break Unit for Glynsera, especially for newer players who may not have access to Geoclaw yet.
Gracewing IconGracewing
Gracewing can fill the role of restoring EP for the team using Purifying Dance if you don't have Somniwing yet.

Best Skills

Ice StrikesIce Strikes Frost Tail StrikeFrost Tail Strike Ice TornadoIce Tornado
(Ultimate)

Glynsera's best skills are Ice Strikes and Frost Tail Strike. Ice Strikes quickly applies 5 stacks of Ice Debuff, while Frost Tail Strike consumes 10 Ice Debuff stacks to deal significantly increased damage.

Best Personality
E N T P

Prioritize E and S personalities for Glynsera to increase its overall damage by getting extra P. Attack from E and Crit Rate from N.

Glynsera's best stats are Attack and Regen. Increasing Attack boosts her damage output, while Regen allows her to apply Ice Debuff more consistently and maintain enough stacks for its skills.

Effects
Core Effect: Grants a 50% chance to trigger an additional 10 Might damage after landing a critical hit.

Hearseeker Pendant pairs well with Glynsera's increased Critical Rate from her Trait, giving it more opportunities to trigger the additional 10 Might damage after landing a critical hit.

How to Play Glynsera

Recommended Skill Rotation

  1. Break the enemy first to setup the team. Geoclaw's Skills can quickly deplete the enemy's Break Meter.
  2. Use EP Recovery Skills to maintain good EP economy. Gracewing's Purifying Dance increases EP Recovery Rate which can be a decent alternative for Somniwing's Ethereal Light Wave.
  3. Activate buffs to amplify the DPS. Prismana Glacy can increase the team's damage after casting Glimmer Shot.
  4. Dish out damage using Glynsera's Ultimate and Frost Tail Strike.

Inflict Ice Debuffs for Glynsera's Trait

Biting Wind Trait

The Biting Wind Trait increases the Critical Rate of Glynsera's attacks by 15% when the enemy has at least 5 stacks of Ice Debuff. Geoclaw's Icy Gravel Dance helps in maintaining enough Ice Debuffs to keep Glynsera's Trait active.

Check the Enemy's Ice Debuff Stacks

Ice Debuff Stacks

Check the enemy's Ice Debuff stacks to keep track of it for Glynsera's skills. Avoid using Frost Tail Strike frequently, since it can consume too many stacks and drop the enemy below the 5 Ice Debuff stack requirement for Glynsera's Trait.

Used for Cooling and Carrying Items in the Homeland

If Glynsera is not in your active party, you can assign it to help cool your Homeland and Carry items to transport stored produce to Home storage.
