Found in Russet Highlands After Legends of Helmuts and Helgons
Omega Infergon can be found in the large arena overlooking the Russet Highlands. However, in order to get it to spawn (and respawn as an Omega boss), you'll first have to complete the Legends of Helmuts and Helgons side quest in the same region.
How to Beat Omega Infergon
Break Infergon After It Uses its Flying Breath Attacks
Omega Infergon's hitbox is pretty inconsistent, making it difficult to actually hit it (especially if you're using a melee Break aniimo). This makes the fight extra clunky since you just end up chasing it around the arena.
To make it easier to get a damage window, wait for its flying fire breath attacks to end. Once it completes its flyby, it will dive and hit the ground, leaving it in a weakened state where it takes increased Break damage.
