The Mega Garchomp ex Drop Event will run from October 15, 2026 to October 25, 2026.
This event allows players to participate in solo AI battles featuring the Mega Garchomp ex card, along with receiving useful rewards by completing battle-related missions.
To participate in solo battles, you will need to use Event Stamina. Event Stamina is consumed for each win, meaning that losing won’t affect your stamina in this mode.
Additionally, you can replenish Event Stamina with Event Hourglasses, which you can earn as rewards from the beginner and intermediate solo battles, or Poke Gold.

The best card to pull is Mega Garchomp ex, as it is a completely new card that can be built as a deck's ace. Pulling for Gible may also help in building this deck.

Whenever you receive a promo pack as a reward, you can open it in your gift list found in the upper right of the main menu.
A pack only contains one of the available promo cards, so try to get and open as many packs as you can!

In Event Solo Battles, you can battle against different decks that scale on difficulty. Once you have defeated a deck, the next deck will be unlocked containing harder cards than the last.
There are only 4 levels of Solo Battle: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert—with Expert giving you a guaranteed card pack pull from the event.

Mega Garchomp ex deals 190 damage per attack, which allows it to OHKO most Pokemon. It is best to bring a Pokemon that can not only survive one attack, but is strong enough to defeat Mega Garchomp ex in one or two turns.

If you wish to use a Pokemon that does not have enough bulk to survive one hit from Mega Garchomp ex, you may increase their HP with Pokemon Tools. However, keep in mind that this is mostly useful for Pokemon that have at least 180 HP.

Rainbow Cave allows the opponent to discard Energy, which can allow Dragonair to attach it to Mega Garchomp ex. This allows it to attack quickly and land KOs faster.
You may discard Rainbow Cave by replacing it with a Stadium Card of your own. Alternatively, you may use Field Blower to remove the Rainbow Cave if you do not have a Stadium Card that suits your deck.

Before the opponent can set up, it may be good to KO Dragonair and Mega Garchomp ex's pre-evolutions quickly. You may do this by using a Pokemon that can damage Benched opponents.
You may also use Supporter Cards that bring Benched Pokemon to the Active Spot. This can allow you to KO them quickly before they can fulfill their intended role.

Mega Rayquaza ex is played in this deck as a late-game finisher. Its primary attacker is Gouging Fire, which has synergy with Dragonair, Ancient Booster Energy Capsule, Professor Sada, and Rainbow Cave.
Ancient Booster Energy Capsule increases Gouging Fire's HP by 40, making it harder to KO. Dragonair can continuously provide it with Energy so that it can keep attacking every turn. Professor Sada gives Gouging Fire another way to recur Energy. While Rainbow Cave discards Energy from the Energy Zone, for Professor Sada and Dragonair to return.

Hydreigon boasts a number of powerful attributes. being a non-ex, single-point Pokemon that can deal high damage and accelerate Energy onto itself.
Being a Stage 2, however comes with the limitation of being difficult to set up and being reliant on multiple turns and finding Rare Candy.
This deck also runs non-ex Absol, whose Leap Over Attack can deal chip damage to Benched Pokemon.
