Igglybuff is used to put the opponent's Active Pokemon to sleep, while Darkrai's ability can be used to inflict 20 damage onto the Sleeping Pokemon.
Use this method to stall until you can fully set up Swanna ex. Once the HP of the opponent's Active Pokemon is 140 HP or below, place Swanna ex in the Active Spot to OHKO it.
Although using its attack will prevent Swanna ex from attacking during the next turn, you can cancel the effect by using Skyla. Use Skyla to retreat Swanna ex into the Bench. Ideally, you should switch it out with Igglybuff.
Since Igglybuff has no retreat cost, you can switch it out immediately and place Swanna ex back in the Active Spot. This will allow you to attack with Swanna ex two turns in a row.

Swanna ex's attack condition will prevent it from attacking in the next turn. However, you can cancel this effect by retreating Swanna ex into the Bench using Skyla. Afterwards, place Swanna ex in the Active Spot, and you will be able to attack again!

When you use Skyla to switch out Swanna ex, you should ideally replace it with a Pokemon that has no Retreat Cost like Igglybuff so you can easily retreat into Swanna ex again.
Cards That Don't Need Energy to Attack

Use Pokemon that can deal Status Effects on your opponent's Active Pokemon. Status Effects have the chance to either prevent your opponent from attacking, or inflict additional damage beween turns, giving you an advantage in battle.

Consider including Darkrai in your decks if you have cards that can put Pokemon to Sleep. Darkrai's ability allows it to inflict 20 damage on sleeping Pokemon per turn.
Darkrai can also be used as a secondary attacker, since its attack can use any Energy type.
Sleep Status and Pokemon That Cause Sleep

Use cards that can boost your Active Pokemon's HP like the Giant Cape to prevent being OHKO'd if your Pokemon is just barely below 140 HP. You should also consider bringing other healing items so you can recover from potential Status Effects, or just quickly heal up after Swanna ex's initial blow.
HP Recovery and Healing Cards List

Use Pokemon that have attacks or abilities that can attack the Bench to prevent Swanna ex from being set up.
Cards That Can Damage the Bench

You should also consider using cards that can discard Energy on Swanna ex. If you use them strategically, you can buy several extra turns in battle by simply keeping your opponent from building Energy.
