This Team Rocket's Weezing ex deck revolves around stacking status conditions on your target to boost Team Rocket's Magmar's Derisive Roasting.
It is recommended to use Team Rocket's Master Plan with Happiny on your Active Spot, as it can retreat and recover from Confusion for free. Ideally, TR Magmar is already on the bench to make use of the +20 damage boost from Happiny, along with TR Koffing that's ready to evolve to TR Weezing ex, in the following turn.
Since each status condition on the opponent's Active Pokemon adds 50 damage, TR Magmar can deal an additional 150 damage due to the Defending Pokemon being affected by Poison, Burn, and Confusion, 20 damage from Happiny, and the 30 tick damage from both Poison and Burn, to a whopping total of 210 damage.

Team Rocket's Weezing ex can inflict Poison and Burn to the opponent's Defending Pokemon, even from the Bench. These status conditions instantly deal 30 damage, and can continuously whittle the target's HP if not removed.
The damage dealt by both status conditions can force the Defending Pokemon to retreat and recover or bring them down to your attacker's KO range.

Due to being heavily reliant on Poison and Burn's "damage-over-time" effect, Team Rocket's Weezing ex needs an attacker that can finish off opponents in its deck. Hoopa ex and Team Rocket's Magmar are good examples as they can pressure enemies early with their low-cost attacks.

Every Team Rocket's Weezing ex gets most of its damage through status conditions. By shielding your Pokemon from status conditions using cards like Teal Mask Ogerpon ex and Clear Veil, you can shut down the deck and force them to duke it out through direct damage.
