Mega Diancie ex's power depends on the number of Psychic Energy distributed among the Pokemon in play on their side of the field. If they are unable to amass a substantial amount of Energy, Mega Diancie's damage output becomes less threatening.
Use cards that can remove placed Energy on your opponent's Pokemon. It's ideal if you can remove multiple at a time using cards such as Team Rocket Grunt or Guzzlord ex.

You can turn the numerous Energy attachments on your opponent against them. Pokemon with the Psychic attack such as Alolan Raichu ex and Indeedee ex get a damage bonus for each Energy attached to the opponent's Active Pokemon.
If Mega Diancie ex has just one extra Energy on it, Alolan Raichu ex can knock it out in just one hit. The same goes for Indeedee ex if Mega Diancie ex has two extra Energy placed on it.

If Mega Diancie ex is too overwhelming, you can use Pom-Pom Oricorio to catch your breath, since it is immune to its attacks. Take note that Gardevoir is still a threat to Oricorio, but if it isn't set up or has been knocked out, you should be able to win against Mega Diance ex using Oricorio.

Mega Lucario ex is the best Fighting-type deck to use against Mega Diance ex, since it's quick to set up and can deal a lot of damage. A Mega Lucario ex with an extra Energy attached and with help from Korrina can one-shot Mega Diance ex as long as it doesn't have its Starting Plains Stadium in play.
You can use the Arena of Antiquity to overwrite the opponent's Stadium to both remove their HP boost and get your own Fighting-type damage boost.
You can also use Hitmonlee to target a Mega Diancie ex on the Bench that has yet to set up. Then, you can drag it to the Active Spot using Cyrus while it's still unprepared and try to knock it out.

This deck makes use of Pokemon with the Puppy Pile Attack to deal lots of damage. It aims to trade damage favorably against ex and high-HP Pokemon, and finding all its Puppy Pile Pokemon with Puppy-Loving Girl.
Small Balloon gives your Pokemon flexibility in switching out. Carbink allows you to generate Energy for its allies. It also allows the Puppy Pile Pokemon to stay safe in the Bench before they switch in to attack in the next turn.
