Grass-type Pokemon have the Type advantage against this Hoopa ex deck. It is best to use Pokemon with relatively high HP in order to tank high-damage hits from your ex opponents.
It is also best to use Pokemon with low Attack Costs in order to deal damage as fast as possible.

To increase your Grass-type Pokemon's bulk, you may use the Leaf Cape. This will add 30 HP to your Pokemon, making it harder to Knock Out.

While your opponents typically cannot OHKO Pokemon with high HP, they can attack quickly and deal consistent chip damage. You may need to heal your Pokemon in order to prevent them from scoring quick KOs against you.

The Deceptive Needle item allows the opposing Pokemon to deal chip damage each turn. This can allow it to easily put your Pokemon in KO range once the damage builds up.
You may use Guzma to discard this Pokemon Tool.

Mega Diancie ex naturally synergizes with Mega Gardevoir ex who is able to attach multiple Energy with Fantasia Force. Meloetta can help find Psychic Pokemon from the deck and speed up your set up.
If one of your ex Pokemon has taken a significant amount of damage, you may heal them up with Diantha. However, this will discard 2 Psychic Energy, which means this Pokemon may not be able to attack during the turn. You may use the Peculiar Plaza to help it Retreat at no cost, then switch a Pokemon with enough Energy to the Active Spot.

Meowscarada is the main attacker of this deck. Due to its Type advantage and move effect, it is able to OHKO every ex Pokemon in the opponent's deck. However, before it evolves, it can be rather vulnerable to Zoroark ex, so it may take a bit of luck to set it up properly.
Decidueye works as a secondary attacker that can damage the opponent's Bench. It can be used to snipe low-HP or damaged opponents.
The Leaf Cape can be used to increase the max HP of the Pokemon in this deck. Erika is also there to heal your Pokemon if they are in KO range.

Altaria or Drampa can be used as early-game attackers as Mega Rayquaza ex is being set up in the Bench. A combination of Rainbow Cave and Dragonair is then used to generate more Energy for Mega Rayquaza ex.
Once there's enough Energy in play, put it in the Active Spot and have it attack the opponent's Pokemon. While attacking will discard all of its Energy, you may be able to immediately attack again in the next turn if you have at least 1 Dragonair in your Bench.
