Place Mantyke in the Active Spot at the start of the game, then place the Gible in the Bench. Mantyke can attach 1 Water Energy only to Benched Basic Pokemon, so use it on Gible before you evolve it. This way, you will already guarantee one of Garchomp's Energy conditions.
Use Rare Candy to immediately evolve Gible into Garchomp. You can also opt to evolve one of your Gibles into Gabite to use as an attacker while setting up Garchomp.
Once Garchomp is set up, switch it to the Active Spot. Use Garchomp with Cynthia to get a +50 damage bonus and take down higher HP opponents.

Use Cynthia to boost Garchomp's damage by 50. It's best to play Cynthia when you are facing off against higher HP Pokemon who can land massive damage if you aren't careful.

Use the Rainbow Cave to discard Energy from the Energy Zone that you do not need, and replace it with the next Energy. We highly recommend using the Rainbow Cove Stadium if you're playing decks that have multiple Energies at play such as Dragon decks.

Garchomp can take a while to set up since it has 2 stage evolutions. Try to defeat the Pokemon in its evolutlion line such as Gible or Gabite before they have the chance to evolve.

Discard the Rainbow Cave stadium using the Field Blower or by placing a different Stadium down. Discarding your opponent's Rainbow Cave will make it more difficult for them to draw the Energy that they need to use Garchomp's attack.

Use Pokemon that have more than 120 HP, ideally at least 180 HP, to prevent being OHKO'd by Garchomp. If needed, use cards that can boost HP such as the Giant Cape so that you don't give Garchomp the chance to use its ability to become invincible.
