It is best to use fast Grass-type Pokemon for the Type advantage against your opponent's Pokemon.
Decidueye ex and Meowscarada ex in particular can secure you a victory by attacking Mega Sableye ex while it's Benched. This will allow you to score 3 points from a KO before it can attack you.
List of All Grass Type Pokemon Cards

Mega Sableye ex can deal delayed additional damage after when it gets attacked after using its move. You may use cards that increase or heal your Pokemon's HP to stay out of KO range.

Hydreigon can be a difficult Pokemon to deal with, as it can deal 130 damage and accelerate its own Energy. You may want to KO its pre-evolutions before they evolve.
If they are benched you may want to use Sabrina or Cyrus to move them to the Active Spot.
