Team Rocket's Moltres ex has a 1-Energy attack in Heat Charged, which requires you to flip three coins, with each heads attaching a Fire Energy to it. Depending on your luck, Team Rocket's Moltres ex can deal 130 damage with Netherwing as early as the second turn, which is its most valuable strength.

It is recommended that you run Giant Cape on this deck, because Team Rocket's Moltres ex has a paltry 130 HP, making it easy to knock out by most Pokemon.

Use Victini's Victory Star to Reflip Coins

Victini is Team Rocket's Moltres ex's ideal partner because of Victory Star. This Ability allows you to reflip coins, mitigating bad flips and increases your odds to successfully set up.
