You may use Pokemon with low Attack Costs in order to attack and land KOs right away. Mega Lopunny ex can be used to take advantage of Mega Zoroark ex's Weakness. Alternatively, you may use Mega Blaziken ex to counter the Grass-types in this deck.

Other than Klefki, none of the other Pokemon in this deck can discard a Pokemon to the Discard Pile. Knocking out Butterfree is also not recommended as that will put three Pokmon into their Discard Pile, raising Hisuian Zoroark's damage!
Try and force them to switch out with Hisuian Zoroark or Hisuian Zorua instead to prevent Hisuian Zoroark from even hitting the field with a boosted attack.

Small Balloon gives your Pokemon flexibility in switching out. Carbink allows you to generate Energy for its allies. It also allows the Puppy Pile Pokemon to stay safe in the Bench before they switch in to attack in the next turn.

Although Mega Absol ex's Darkness Claw has a great disruptive effect, it lacks the power you may want in the late game. Hydreigon is here to make up for Mega Absol ex's damage output.
Hydreigon can also trade blows with Hisuian Zoroark by equipping the Rocky Helmet. With the 130 from Hydreigon's attack plus the 20 from the Rocky Helmet when attacked into is enough to net you two points for the one your opponent will get.
A copy of Lucky Ice Pop is slotted in to mitigate Hydreigon's damage from Roar in Unison.
