Consider restarting the solo battle until you get to have the Second Turn. When you have the second turn, you will be the first to get Energy from your Energy Zone in the battle, but in exchange, you will not be able to evolve your Pokemon until the next turn.
This will prevent Pachirisu from attacking first, and discarding any Item cards in its deck.
Is it Better to Go First or Second?

If you get to go Second, you should use Basic Pokemon that can attack using 2 or less Energy. This way, you can start attacking the opponent's Pokemon by your next turn, or even the same turn if possible.
Consider also having Energy Accelerator cards in your deck, so you can potentially get extra Energy in the same turn.

Rotom ex has relatively low HP for an ex Pokemon, so use Pokemon that can deal at least 120 damage in one turn. You can also opt to bring damage-boosting cards if it will help increase your Active Pokemon's attack.

You will want to defeat Rotom ex before it could build up its damage bonus, so use Pokemon that can attack the Bench before it has the chance to get in the Active Spot.

Set up 2 Baxcaliburs in your Bench. Use its ability to generate 2 extra Water Energy to attach to Chien-Pao ex. When ready, switch Chien-Pao into the Active Spot and target the Pokemon in the Bench before they are set up.

This deck makes use of Hitmonchan as an early-game attacker while Rampardos gets set up on the Bench. Rare Candy can be used to quickly set up Rampardos for an explosive 130 damage Head Smash as early as turn 2. Meanwhile, Lucario mainly functions as support on the Bench, boosting the power of your Pokemon by 20. This boost can increase to 40 when there are two Lucarios in play.
The deck runs a single copy of Cranidos who has an inexpensive Attack, and also benefits from Lucario's damage buff.

In this deck, you will have Altaria and Drampa serve as your attackers, while stocking up on discarded Energy using Rainbow Cave.
Since you will be discarding a lot of Energy in this deck, use Dragonair's Ability to replenish lost Energy to your Active Pokemon. Try to have at least 2 Dragonairs in your Bench so you can keep reattaching 2 Energy onto Mega Rayquaza ex or Drampa.
Meanwhile, the extra Energy that you get from the Energy Zone can be stacked on Mega Rayquaza ex. Mega Rayquaza ex can deal 50 damage per Energy it discards from its card when it attacks, so try to keep stacking Energy until you can OHKO your tankier opponents.
If you ever find yourself needing to retreat your Stage 1 Pokemon like Altaria or Dragonair from the Active Spot, you can use Skyla to safely transfer them to the Bench.

Have some common sense dumbass, you don't have to follow the deck exactly. It's a good starting point but use your brain and adapt the deck.
