This deck combines the a strong Water-type core, Suicune ex and Greninja, with Vaporeon ex. Vaporeon ex can attack with just 2 Energy along with its Ability gving you a free Sabrina, making it strong in the early game.
While Vaporeon disrupts your opponent's board, Greninja and Suicune can easily set up on the bench, which increases your damage in the mid to late game.

In the early game, use Vaporeon ex to take the lead and attack once you have 2 energy. Since your Ability has the same effect as the Sabrina, use it aggressively when you evolve to disrupt your opponent's strategy.
Furthermore, if you don't have Eevee in your starting hand, starting with Suicune is also powerful because it allows you to draw into more key pieces.

Greninja ex is vital during the late game as a secondary attacker and its ability to switch Pokemon out, so make sure you already have it built shortly after.

Due to the amount of ex cards in this deck, Pom-Pom Oricorio is a natural counter thanks to its Ability to nullify damage from ex Pokemon, its ability to hit for super-effective damage, and its inexpensive Attack Cost.
Setting up a Pom-Pom Oricorio forces the Vaporeon ex player to set up another attacker, like Greninja, and not rely on its other ex cards.

You can still counter Greninja decks if you have Pokemon that can either damage the Bench or place damage anywhere on the board. This bypasses Greninja ex's ability, giving you more chances to knock out Pokemon.
