It is best to use fast Lightning-type Pokemon to counter Swanna ex with a Type advantage. Tapu Koko ex is a good option that can OHKO the opponent's non-ex Pokemon.
Raikou ex is also a good early-game pick, as it can damage the Bench. It can allow you to bring Ducklett to the Active Spot with Cyrus, then land a KO against it before it can evolve to Swanna ex.

Swanna ex can OHKO Pokemon with middling bulk. It may be good to use Pokemon Tools that increase a Pokemon's max HP in order for your Pokemon to be outside Jet Wing's KO range.

Training Area increases the damage that Swanna ex can deal to your Pokemon. To counter this, you may put your own Stadium card in play in order to discard Training Area.

Hitmonlee can deal 30 damage to the opponent's Bench, knocking out Ducklett in two hits. Pair this with Rocky Helmet to pile on lots of damage as you set up a Mega Lucario ex on the Bench.
Mega Lucario ex can score consistent KOs with the help of Korrina and Arena of Antiquity.

Type: Null is guaranteed to be your Basic Pokemon upon starting a match, since it's the only Basic Pokemon in this deck. You should be able to evolve it quickly with the help of Gladion and Professor's Research.
Once you have Silvally on hand, it's recommended to use Supporter cards every turn in order to boost your attack's damage to 100.
Silvally isn't your only source of damage on this deck, though. Rampardos allows you to have a bulkier Pokemon in your deck that can do a lot of damage without too much setup. You can get this Pokemon in this deck by using Rare Candy on a Skull Fossil.

Altaria or Drampa can be used as early-game attackers as Mega Rayquaza ex is being set up in the Bench. A combination of Rainbow Cave and Dragonair is then used to generate more Energy for Mega Rayquaza ex.
Once there's enough Energy in play, put it in the Active Spot and have it attack the opponent's Pokemon. While attacking will discard all of its Energy, you may be able to immediately attack again in the next turn if you have at least 1 Dragonair in your Bench.
