Since this Mega Lucario ex deck can heavily punish ex Pokemon with the Arena of Antiquity and Korrina Trainer cards, it's recommended to avoid using ex Pokemon when going against this deck.
Use strong, non-ex Psychic-type Pokemon such as Togekiss or Hatterene to beat this deck. Hatterene and Togekiss with a Giant Cape can both knock out Mega Lucario ex with two attacks, and they can also survive its damage-boosted Fighting Pulse attack.
You may also try using a Sweets Relay deck using Slurpuff and Alcremie. If you are able to get enough Sweets Relay attacks out before Mega Lucario ex starts sweeping, you may be able to one-shot it with Alcremie's Sweets Overload.
Best Psychic Type Deck and Cards Tier List

You can slow down the fast pace of the Mega Lucario ex deck by using status moves such as Sleep or Confusion to hinder the opponent.
These status moves require successful coin flips from your opponent in order to allow them to move, so if they're unlucky, you can buy yourself more time.

If you wish to bring ex Pokemon into the battle, you can use a Stadium card of your own in order to cancel out the effects of their active Stadium. The Peculiar Plaza is best used if you're using a Psychic-type deck. Otherwise, Mesagoza is a good pick.

This Crimson Blaze Magnezone and Pom-Pom Oricorio deck has non-ex Magnezone to get around the opponent's boosted damage on ex Pokemon. This Pokemon can also survive a boosted attack from Mega Lucario ex if it has a Giant Cape equipped, and it can prevent the opponent from attacking with its Mirror Shot attack.
Magneton can be used to set it up using its Volt Charge ability. Try to keep it safe on your Bench as much as possible until you can evolve it.
To wall Mega Lucario ex, you may use Pom-Pom Oricorio, since it is immune to all attacks from Pokemon ex. Take note that it can still be damaged by the opponent's other Pokemon.

This is a flexible deck that revolves around Mega Rising Golurk and its Heavy Rocket attack which can deal up to 180 Damage with only 2 Energy.
The 2 Golett should be the only Basic Pokemon of this deck, and there are 4 Supporters to help you look for the Golurk for evolution.
Since the core consists of only 8 cards, the other 12 cards of the deck can be filled up with different Pokemon from the Pulsing Aura Expansion, fulfilling the requirements of the Battle Task.
Just make sure to only add Stage 1 and Stage 2 Pokemon so that you are guaranteed a Golett in your starting hand and with Poke Ball. Additionally, only add those with Retreat Costs of 3 or more to empower Golurk's Heavy Rocket.
