The Molten Gauntlet is located at the lower-left area of the Seafloor Shrine but is only accessible during the Unmoored World.

This team composition allows you to easily take on the Evil Eye boss in the dungeon. Switch to Thief and equip the Heaven's Key to take advantage of the boss' weakness to slashing and Holy damage. With a Sorcerer, consider equipping large AOE spells across multiple elements such as High Hagol, and High Seism to deliver heavy burst damage, particularly against the Evil Eye. Pair these with Augural Flare to destroy specific weak spots or tentacles of the Evil Eye.
The Evil Eye is resistant to almost all elemental damage from spells, but you should still have a dedicated support Mage Pawn who can apply quick shielding with High Palladium and burst healing with Argent Tonic. Make sure to slot High Halidom so you can cleanse the debilitations that the boss can inflict with its tentacles. Equipping Exalted Bolt as well aids you if you are a Sorcerer/Mage and any other with the same vocation in the party for added holy damage.
For the rest of your hired Pawns, consider getting a Fighter with Shield Drum to draw the aggro of enemies and bosses.Consider getting an Archer as well because Archer Pawns are great as they can attack the boss from range, and can provide burst damage if their kit has Erupting Shot and you supply them with Explosive Arrows.

| 1 | Go to the entrance of the Molten Gauntlet located at the lower-left area of the Seafloor Shrine. Note: This area is fairly nearby to where you initially spawn in Unmoored World, tempting as it may sound, it is still recommended to do Seafloor Sepulcher first to avoid the tedium of going back for the Evil Eye's powers. |
| 2 | Once you get inside, you will immediately be met with a lava-strewn dungeon. Tread carefully and continue inward to see a swinging lava trap. To disable and stop it from swinging, you will need to pull the green-lit levers that is in the same area. Note: It is recommended to use the "Wait!" command on your pawn when trying to deal with the traps as they may get damaged unnecessarily when following you into the traps. |
| 2.1 | Once the lever has been pulled, you may call back your pawns using the "To me!" command. |
| 3 | Past the lever will be a staircase going down with another swinging trap. The lever to disable it will be right behind it, in the middle of the staircase. |
| 4 | Down the staircase will be a room with a sealed door. Make your pawns wait prior to entering as there will be a swinging trap right by the entrance. |
| 5 | Immediately go left to see a small path with the green lever that disables the swinging trap by the entrance. Be mindful as there will be Corrupted Asps guarding this area along with a few Oozes. |
| 6 | After defeating the Corrupted Asps, a few Corrupted Serpents will spawn in. Defeating them will open the sealed door at the back of the room. |
| 7 | Past the sealed door will be a staircase. Go down and there will be opposing paths both with Sludges at the end of them. Throw one of the water jugs towards the Sludge on the left to then destroy the floor, revealing a hidden path. |
| 7.1 | To the right of the path will be a Gaoled Pawn that you can hire if you have a Makeshift Gaol Key. |
| 8 | Go down the newly revealed hole in the floor. Upon proceeding, you will be met with a large room that has three swinging traps at the top, and two more at the bottom of the room. |
| 8.1 | If you didn't have a Gaol Key for the previous Gaoled Pawn, turn back immediately after dropping down the hole to encounter a Sludge. Proceed into the adjacent room to find a minor chest containing a Makeshift Gaol Key. Approaching the wall to the right of this chest reveals a hidden path that loops back up to the initially sealed room. |
| 9 | At the end of the platforms will be a lever along with a chest. Carefully cross the platform and pull the green lever to deactivate all three swinging traps that you just passed, then loot the chest containing the Thorns of Agony. |
| 10 | Drop down the platform where the two other traps are located. Dropping from the lever/chest side, go to your left and there will be a destructible wall, destroy it to reveal the lever to deactivate the traps at the bottom. The lever will also have a Blue and Purple Slime guarding it, if you do not have any poison attacks, there will be a few Poison Jugs in the main room for you to use to defeat the slime. In the room will also be a chest containing x3 Quenching Syrups. Pull the lever to then deactivate the traps in the previous room. |
| 10.1 | On the opposite side of the main room will be another destructible wall. Past it is a room with a chest containing an Allheal Elixir. |
| 11 | Go back to the main room, at the middle will be a path that was initially blocked by the two swinging traps. In the path will be two chests containing x15 Explosive Arrows, x10 Tarring Arrows, and x4 Mighty Roborants. Opening these will cause Oozes to spawn in. Note: Towards the left of the room will be a barred door that can be opened later. |
| 12 | Continue forward to a large open area with a sealed door at the back. At the bottom will be a few Corrupted Asps. |
| 13 | A barred door to the right will have two Corrupted Skeleton Lords and a Corrupted Goreharpy. Inside the room is also a forgotten Riftstone, and a chest containing 33,000 gold and a Makeshift Gaol Key. |
| 14 | On the opposite side of the room will be two more barred doors. The one near the sealed door will contain a Corrupted Goreminotaur. Defeating this along with the Corrupted Skeleton Lords from earlier will open the sealed door in the main chamber. |
| 15 | The barred door near the entrance of the chamber will be a path with more swinging traps. Continue forward to see a chest guarded by Corrupted Serpent and a swinging trap. This chest contains the Horns of Moloch head armor. Note: There won't be a lever to deactivate this trap. |
| 16 | Continue forward to a room containing six swinging traps. Note: It is recommended to use the "Wait!" command on your pawns for this segment as the traps will require some precision to traverse. |
| 16.1 | To deactivate the first trap to the right, there will be a green lever hidden behind a few boxes in the previous room. Note: You can find the glow of the lever to locate it easier. |
| 16.2 | To deactive the second trap to the left, there will be a lever near it just by the left corner of the room. |
| 16.3 | Once the second trap stops, there will be a small pillar you can climb onto to deactivate the third trap located at the middle left of the room. |
| 16.4 | To stop the fourth trap in the middle right of the room, you will need to pull the lever that is surrounded by lava and a Sludge. Throw one of the water jugs at the Sludge to harden it, being able to step on it safely and pull the lever. |
| 16.5 | For the final two traps, you will need to do the same thing to pull a lever at the back left of the room. Pulling the lever deactivates both traps. |
| 17 | Past the trap room will be two barred cells, and three chests. The minor chest contains a Makeshift Gaol Key, while the other two contains the Sovransguard Mantle and the Greaves of the Mad Sovran. |
| 17.1 | Prior to the chest room will be a path leading upwards to the barred door from earlier in Step 11. |
| 18 | Go past the final sealed door that leads to a path filled with crystals. Note: Upon entering the path, the gate behind you will close. |
| 18.1 | To the right of the gate is an optional path you can take towards the final boss room. You will be taken to a higher platform with chests containing a Wakestone and x15 Explosive Arrows. |
| 19 | Go down the steps to be taken to a room full of crystals along with a sealed door. Going in will cause the final boss to spawn which is an Evil Eye. Defeat the Evil Eye to acquire a Ring of Alleviation along with Malecrysts and Malecryst Shards. |
| 20 | Upon defeat, the final chest room will open. Open the chest to acquire the Reaper's Tread, the Triumpher's Guerdon, and a Treatise on Generosity. Exit the dungeon at your convenience using a Ferrystone. |
