You Shouldn't Destroy Sir Rovall's Corpse
You should not destroy Sir Rovall’s corpse. If you choose to destroy the corpse, a cutscene will play, showing the fulfillment of the nightmare that the Arisen had during Chilling Tidings, the first quest of the Dark Arisen DLC, and will result in a Game Over.
Like with other game over and death screens, you will be prompted to load back a previous save.
Listen to Eir to Continue Progressing the Storyline
If you listen to Eir and leave the corpse intact, she will ask you to seek the Sage’s advice about the situation of the Fallen Dragon and her Arisen.
Eir believes that if there is a way to slay the Fallen Dragon without killing her master, the Sage will know how.
