Speak with Jiera
Talk to Jiera at Norgandian Settlement. She will ask if you have obtained a relic, and let you know that your current equipment is not good enough for the region.
Defeat Enemies and Collect Relics
Travel to either of the marked areas on the map and defeat the enemies there. Loot the defeated enemies and search the surrounding area. Relics can be found on enemies and scattered throughout the region.
Collect as many relics as you can, so you can bring them all to Jiera in one trip.
Return to Jiera to Have the Relics Appraised
Go back to Jiera and hand over your relics to have them appraised. Appraising relics give items with superior stats compared to the ones found outside of the Norgan region.
Once you've received the appraised items, the quest concludes.
