Weapons in Norgan Are Obtained Through Spoils Appraisals

Appraising Spoils into Gear

Most powerful weapons in Norgan are obtained by collecting Spoils, also known as Relics, and having Jiera appraise them at the Norgandian Settlement.

Alternatively, you can craft guaranteed versions of these weapons at Hal's forge after completing Hammer and Tongs. However, crafted weapons have lower stats and lack special skill enhancements.

All Appraised Relics Have Randomized Stat and Skill Rolls

Appraised Gear Stats and Skills

All appraised Relics have randomized stats, meaning you may need to farm multiple Relics to obtain weapons with higher damage or Knockdown Power. Despite the RNG, appraised weapons in Norgan have the highest damage and knockdown power stats in the game.

Weapons From Lost Rites Dungeons Are Guaranteed

Lost Rites Loot

Rewards inside the final chest of Lost Rites dungeons are guaranteed. While they are not as strong as Appraised Relics, they make great entry weapons to the Norgan region itself
