There are 9 Lost Rite dungeons on the world map of Dragon's Dogma 2 prior the Unmoored World. You need the Empowered Godsbane Blade from main quest A New Godsway to enter the final rooms of Daemon's Corral and Sunken Spire. You also need it to merely enter the Interminable Corridor dungeon and most of the Battahl dungeons.
Note that Lost Rite gear in the final room are unique, one-time rewards. You don't get the weapons, armor, rings, or Offering Flames on repeated clears of the dungeons. You instead get Gold and Ferrystones from the final loot chests on repeats.

These Lost Rite Dungeons are only available in Unmoored World which is accessible after completing the Legacy Main Quest and choosing to use the Empowered Godsbane Blade on yourself instead of fighting the Dragon.
How to Unlock Lost Rites
Speak to Captain Brant About Uncovered Ruins
To unlock the Lost Rites Dungeon, you'll need to speak to Captain Brant at night about the discovery of some uncovered ruins and he'll tip you off to investigate Darkhorde Cave southwest of Malachite Forest in northern Vermund.
This starts the Lost Rites quest where you'll need to conquer the newly uncovered Devilkin Hollow which rewards the Proving Grounds Compass that will reveal all of the other Lost Rite dungeons throughout the world.

What are Lost Rites?
Repeatable Dungeon Challenges
Lost Rites are repeatable dungeon challenges scattered throughout the base game's world map, allowing you to farm their rewards and upgrade materials.
They are separate from the new Norgan region and are designed to test different aspects of combat and exploration.
