Armor in Norgan Are Obtained Through Spoils Appraisals

Armor pieces in Norgan are obtained by collecting Spoils, also known as Relics, and having Jiera appraise them at the Norgandian Settlement.

All appraised Relics have randomized stats, meaning you may need to farm multiple Relics to obtain weapons with better stats.

Alternatively, you can craft guaranteed versions of early armor pieces at Hal's forge after completing Hammer and Tongs, but can only be crafted at Tier 1 with inferior stats.

Only Appraised Relics in Norgan Can Be Used for Transmog

Transmog is exclusive to the Dark Arisen DLC and only applies to equipment obtained in the Norgan region, where the expansion takes place. Players can still bring their transmogged gear to the base game's map.

Armor From Lost Rites Dungeons Are Guaranteed

Rewards inside found in Lost Rites dungeons are guaranteed. While they are not as strong as Appraised Relics, they are good to use as entry-level armor to the Norgan region itself

Lost Rites Armor List is aslo incomplete armor set of the mad sovran is not there and multible cloaks head gear and more

The Norgan armor list is incomplete. The list only includes lvl 3, relics go to lvl 5 with supposed higher tiers for certain drops.
