How to Get Offering Flames

Clear the Lost Rites Dungeons

Requires the Empowered Godbsane Blade to Unlock

Offering Flames are rewards for clearing Lost Rites, the proving-ground dungeons added across Vermund and Battahl. Each of the nine regular-world Lost Rites gives one Offering Flame on first clear.

The three Unmoored World trials (Molten Gauntlet, Seafloor Sepulcher, Final Proving Ground) do not give Offering Flames. Instead, they give Ephemeral Keys.

There are 9 Lost Rite dungeons which give Offering Flames on the world map of Dragon's Dogma 2.

We recommend progressing up to the main quest A New Godsway, to obtain the Empowered Godsbane Blade which are needed to enter most of these dungeons.

What Are Offering Flames Used For?

Spend Them at Obelisks of Benediction

Offering Flame1.png
Norgan has nine Obelisks of Benediction, one per vocation. When you interact with one, the game asks whether you want to spend an Offering Flame.

Without an Offering Flame, you won't have access to the upgraded version of the new vocation skill offered in the Obelisk, or the permanent stat boost, and the temporary rare Spoils boost.
