How to Hide Your Helmet
Recent updates added a toggle for the Head Armor for you and your Main Pawn in Dragon's Dogma 2. See more details on hiding the helmet and any alternatives here.

How to Hide Your Helmet
Toggled in Game Settings
To toggle this setting, you have to reach your pause Menu under System.
System > Options > Game Settings > Arisen Head Armor
From there, you can also see the Main Pawn Head Armor toggle. Simply just switch these settings on/off for your desired appearance, then save your changes.
Alternate Helmet Appearance
Some helmets have alternate appearances to them. For example, the Iron Helm's visor can be closed or raised up.
Keep on the lookout for more helmets with these alternate appearances!
Added During Title Update 3.1
After the release of Title Update 3.1, players are now able to toggle the Arisen's Head Armor.
This feature also extends to the Main Pawn as well, so players are now able to further customize their lodouts.
Be sure to be up-to-date with all recently added features and QoL improvements since the game's release!

Anonymous over 2 yearsThanks. Searched through all menus and couldn’t find any option for it.. should be a standard option to hide headgear in any RPG of the modern day.

Actually, as of this version of DD2, you can hide helmets for both your Arisen and your Main Pawn. Go to System -> Game Settings -> Select either "Arisent Head Armor" or "Main Pain Head Armor"
