How to Get Ultimate Spoils

Dropped from Defeating Empowered Satanachia

Empowered Satanachia Locations

You can get a a guaranteed Ultimate Spoil from defeating the Empowered Satanachia, which is a much stronger version of the Satanachia boss that you fight during Into Rancor. However, it appears that the Empowered Satanachia only drops one Ultimate Spoil. Succeeding encounters with the boss no longer drop Ultimate Spoils and instead you'll get Level 5 Spoils.

We're currently investigating other ways to obtain more Ultimate Spoils, so stay tuned for updates!

How to Beat Satanachia

Where to Find Empowered Satanachia

To find an Empowered Satanachia, first defeat the Satanachia boss during Into Rancor and this will unlock Virulent Rancors and Devouring Rancors, which are the red cyclone icons that appear in the map during post-game. There's no guarantee that the Empowered Satanachia will spawn in these Rancors and will randomly appear during encounters.

Ultimate Spoils can be appraised by Jiera in the Norgandian Settlement to obtain Ancient equipment. This is the highest rarity level for Norgandian equipment available in the Dark Arisen DLC, making Ultimate Spoils particularly valuable for players looking to obtain the strongest gear.

If theres really no other way to get ultimate spoils then this means you have to do several ng+ and play through a couple main quests until unlock dlc, then dlc quests until unlock the first empowered satanachia again, then beat it to get another ultimate spoil, then repeat? Pls tell me the devs didnt do it this idiotic...
