Speak to Dwayne, and choose Trade Norgan Ducats. It costs just 1 Norgan Ducat under Rare Trade tab, the cheapest item from Dwayne.

At first, the Ring of Virtue does nothing. Its in-game description only says that its true potential awakens when you vanquish “the source of Norgan’s ruin.” That source is Satanachia, the true final boss of Dark Arisen.
Once you've upgraded it, the ring raises your chance of getting rare drops from monsters, and can be upgraded further to raise the chances of getting rare loot.
After acquiring the ring, defeat Satanachia repeatedly while wearing it. The ring changes form at certain kill counts, with the Ring of Wicked Gore being the maxed out version.
| Note: This upgrade progression is based on our own testing. However, due to the RNG involved in the ring's progression, it may require you more Satanachia kills to reach certain upgrades. | |

Yes, if you plan to farm rare drops. If you want to min-max your equipment stats and want to try and get the best equipment the game has to offer, then we recommend upgrading and equipping Ring of Virtue.
During our testing, defeating Satanachia while wearing the Ring of Wicked Fare (2nd upgrade) gave approximately 20 Lv. 5 Spoils.
If you’ve finished Dark Arisen and don’t farm monster drops, you can skip it. The ring only affects rare drops and does nothing for actual combat.

i'm pretty sure unshackled Satanachia = 2-3 vanilla Satanachia kills as around kill 15 I unlocked Feast I had fought 2 base form Satanachia's and the rest are all unshackled red version, as of writting this up to kill 19 and no level up on ring yet.

Whats more interesting is how does this ring work outside of satanachia boss fight. For example if i clear red vortexes, do i need to have the ring equipped during the whole fight and killing all those enemies and minibosses, or is it enough to quickly equip the ring in the final seconds on the last boss in a red vortex? Will it then count the previous kills?
