Ritual Vortex Stage 3 Mechanics
| Normal | At regular intervals, the Bonekrusher Pyromancer summons his doubles and channels his ultimate skill for a certain duration. The ultimate deals massive DMG to all operators once channeling is complete. Defeat all the doubles to interrupt the Pyromancer's ultimate. Enemies take additional damage from Finishers; enemy Staggered duration is also greatly shortened. Enemies have the same resistance against every element. |

The Mono Physical team's high Stagger can expedite access to Finishers needed to defeat the clones quickly and disable the Pyromancer's ultimate. In addition to the natural high stagger caused by constantly applying Physical Statuses, their natural synergy with the Swordmancer Set helps in filling the Stagger gauges quickly as well.
Additionally, Ember's healing and shielding from her Combo Skill and Ultimate can help mitigate the Pyromancer's Combustion damage if the clones were not defeated in time.
Zhuang Fangyi Electric Flex Team

Zhuang Fangyi's Electric Flex team boasts high damage and sufficient stagger required for the clones. The constant Final Strikes required by the team and the multiple Combo Skill triggers can fill the clone's Stagger gauges quickly for a Finisher, and Zhuang Fangyi's damage during her Ultimate can end the fight quickly after the Pyromancer's first Ultimate is cancelled.
Gilberta will be used as the flex slot in this team for her Combo Skill, as it can apply the Lift status for additional Stagger that is easily triggered by Perlica's or Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skills, or Arclight's Ultimate.

A hybrid team with Rossi, Mi Fu, Perlica, and Gilberta generates both Stagger and damage needed for both the Pyromancer and their clones. Rossi's multiple Vulnerables sufficiently add to the stagger gauge, further aided by Gilberta's Combo Skill. Perlica's and Mi Fu's Ultimates can be an additional source of Stagger as well.
After the Ultimate is cancelled, Rossi and Mi Fu can easily nuke down the boss with their Ultimate and Crush proc, ending the fight with ease.

Laevatain's Heat team with Camille can clear the stage easily as well due to the frequent use of their Combo Skills and reliance on Final Strikes, similar to Zhuang Fangyi's team.
How to Beat Ritual Vortex Stage 3
Save SP and Combo Skills After the Staggering the Pyromancer
Once the fight starts, the Pyromancer will start attacking the party before summoning his clones. Use your skills to deal damage to him at the start, but save your SP and Combo Skills after they are first staggered, as you'll need them for the clones he'll summon shortly after he recovers.
Use Finishers On the Clones
Once the clones appear, fill their stagger gauge quickly with Final Strikes, Battle Skills, Combo Skills, and Ultimates to enable Finishers. One Finisher can deplete their HP quickly due to the stage's mechanics, and it is the intended way to eliminate them quickly to disable the Pyromancer's Ultimate.
Ideally, avoid using the controlled operator's Battle Skill and have them focus on performing Final Strikes instead, unless dodge cancel is possible, such as with Zhuang Fangyi.
Switch Out of Laevatain and Zhuang Fangyi During Their Ultimates
Note that during their Ultimates, Laevatain and Zhuang Fangyi cannot perform Finishers. When a clone is staggered, switch to another operator instead to perform a Finisher. Doing so will not end their ultimate state.
