  2. Go to the Refugee Camp
  3. Distribute Supplies to the Wounded
  4. Meet With Perlica
  5. Look for Karja
  6. Defeat the Landbreakers
  7. Ask Karja About the Situation
  8. Check on the Refugee Camp
  9. Find Roman at the Worker Dorms
  10. Retrieve Roman's Notes
  11. Gather Some Buckflowers and Citromes
  12. Give Roman the Plant Samples and Notes

Check the SNS Messages From the Camp Communication

Start the mission by checking out your SNS messages, where you'll be notified by Soth's plea for help. After closing the message, head straight for their camp.

Click your objective to view the camp's location. When the whole map is in place, select the TP Point to fast travel to the area nearest to the camp. Upon arriving, approach Ginny, who will inform you of the injured people around the site.

After talking to Ginny, head to your three objectives and distribute the supplies to the wounded camp members.

When you're finished with the distribution, return to Perlica. The team will then decide to look for camp member Karja at the Landbreakers' gathering place.

Follow your objective deep into the terrain. Remember that you will face a few Landbreakers along the way, and make sure to defeat them.

When you have arrived in the deepest section of the terrain, you will find three Landbreakers troubling Karja. Defeat the three Landbreakers to proceed.

After clearing off the enemies, approach Karja and talk to him. Karja shares that there are more injured people and that it's best to return to the camp at once.

You will then learn that the camp needs more help in allocating supplies. Soth will instruct you to contact Mr. Roman, an old acquaintance from his during his supply trucking days at Valley IV.

By following the objective at The Hub, the marker will lead you inside the Worker Dorms. There, the trio informs him that a bulk supply transport is urgent. However, there are still some essentials needed, which are the emergency handling notes, Buckflowers, and Citromes.

To arrive halfway instantly to your destination, use the TP Point in the Hub Base. Head north to reach the greenhouse, and there you'll find the notes sitting on top of the white crates.

Gather Some Buckflowers and Citromes to Place in Backpack

Gather Some Buckflowers and Put Them In the Backpack

After collecting the notes, you will now have to gather five Buckflowers and five Citromes in your backpack. This is mostly done by exploring the map, specifically around the plains of The Hub. Alternatively, you can also check your AIC Factory if you have Buckflowers and Citromes in store.

Give Roman the Plant Samples and Notes
When you've finished collecting the notes, Buckflowers, and Citromes, return to the camp and give Roman the items. This will eventually conclude the mission and inform you that your Outpost Prosperity level in that Refugee Camp has been increased.
