Notably, this set lowers Perlica's Combo Skill cooldown to 17 seconds, matching Zhuang Fangyi's Combo Skill cooldown at 18 seconds. This smoothens their rotation, especially since Zhuang Fangyi can add a level to Perlica's Electrification to generate more Sunderblades for herself.
More frequent Electrification procs allow Arclight to trigger her Combo Skill more often to generate more SP for the team as well.

Trigger Combo Skill To Apply Electrification
Perlica's Combo Skill, Instant Protocol: Chain, applies Electrification on an enemy. Trigger it by having the Controlled Operator attack until their Final Strike. Electrification increases the Arts DMG the enemy takes.
Use Battle Skill To Apply Electric Infliction
Perlica's Battle Skill applies Electric Infliction to enemies, so it's good to use as an opener because of its versatility to set up her allies' Skills. It can also be used to continue rotations.
Use Ultimate For Massive Damage
Lastly, you can use Perlica's Ultimate to deal massive damage as a finisher to a combo or rotation. It also deals a lot of stagger damage.
