Tangtang's best weapon is the Brigand's Calling, as she can trigger its Suppression Skill to boost her own DPS and apply an Arts DMG Taken debuff to enemies to increase the rest of the team's damage.
Home Longing obtained in the Protocol Pass can be a viable substitute for her personal damage, with Opus: The Living in Arsenal Exchange and Long Road available as lower rarity options.
Note that Home Longing, Opus: The Living, and Long Road lack the support capabilities that Brigand's Calling can provide. This results in a larger gap when accounting for her team's damage per rotation, putting Brigand's Calling significantly ahead of the other options.

Tangtang's best gear set is the Bonekrusha Set. This set buffs her Battle Skill when her Combo Skill is cast, supplementing her playstyle in which she generates a Whirlpool with Combo Skill first before casting her Battle Skill to create Waterspouts.
Rift Trekker Silver Blade is used as the off-piece for its ULT Efficiency increase, allowing Tangtang to cast her Ultimate roughly every other rotation. Note that in a team with other Operators that have SP Returns, such as Last Rite, Tangtang will need to equip the Bonekrusha Heavy Armor to cast her Ultimate every other rotation while sacrificing her personal damage.
Alternatively, if players are looking to forego ULT Efficiency in favor of maximizing her damage, such as in RE-Crisis that starts the fight at 100% Energy, Tangtang can swap the Rift Trekker Silver Blade for a LYNX Slab instead.

Tangtang's best early game gear is the Roving MSGR Set. While its set effect increases Physical DMG, its boost to Tangtang's main attribute, Agility, outperforms other options such as Mordvolt Insulation in the early game.
Tangtang is a Cryo Caster that deals AoE damage to enemy mobs while offering support by applying Arts Susceptibility. She can create Whirlpools and Waterspouts using her skills that can apply Cryo Infliction and deal Cryo damage, as well as use her Ultimate to pause all enemy actions in a wide AoE.
You get the most damage by using her talents in this order:
For single-target content, it is imperative to trigger Tangtang's Combo Skill first to generate a Whirlpool for her Battle Skill. This Combo Skill is triggered by applying Cryo Infliction or dealing Arts Burst DMG.
Otherwise, Tangtang's Battle Skill can only generate 1 Waterspout via Battle Skill if there are no Whirlpools nearby, disabling her Arts Susceptibility application.
When a Whirlpool is available, cast Tangtang's Battle Skill to transform it into a Waterspout and apply Arts Susceptibility. Note that a Waterspout will only apply this debuff if more than 1 Waterspout is created by the skill.
For multi-target content, players can immediately use Tangtang's Battle Skill if they can hit more than 1 enemy on cast. Hitting multiple enemies generates a Waterspout per enemy hit, applying her debuff.
Tangtang's Ultimate can deal damage in a wide area and pause all enemy actions within its range for a duration. Once the duration ends, Tangtang's Ultimate deals another hit of damage to enemies in range.
Tangtang's Talent, Riot Bringer, can end her Ultimate's effects early by performing a Dive Attack, immediately dealing damage while generating a Waterspout. Nearby Whirlpools are also converted into Waterspouts, applying Arts Susceptibility and dealing higher damage.
Her Ultimate is best used to forcibly create a DPS window for the team. This is especially useful for hypercarries with a long cast time or animation, such as Yvonne and Last Rite.

The Qingbo Stockade is a group that resides in the Jingyu Valley, just a little way away from Wuling City. Due to their poor living conditions, the Stockade often resorts to underhanded methods to get what they need.
This may include tricking people into making shady deals, attacking Tianshi from Wuling, or stealing. The stockade answers directly to the Tangtang and her family, and all who are considered family by her also get the same privileges.
Qingbo Stockade Interactive Map

Tangtang, thanks to her tendency to commit small crimes, always has Wuling's eyes on her, so much so that she has a long-running feud with one of the city's military leaders, Mi Fu.
However, as the story progressed, their rivalry slowly transformed from hostile to friendly, with one worrying about the other when battles took a turn for the worse.
