The Endministrator's best endgame build is the Swordmancer Set with the Grand Vision weapon for its boosts in Agility, Physical DMG, and an increase to their Arts Intensity for their Crush procs in the endgame.
This build allows Endmin to deal high damage with their attacks and skills while significantly improving their Crush DMG from the set effect and Grand Vision's stat bonuses.

For the early to mid game at around level 15 to 30, you can use pieces from the Roving MSGR set, as they supplement the Agility and Attack stats needed to maximize Endmin's damage.
For weapons, the F2P Sundering Steel or even Prominent Edge weapons are viable options, with both weapons increasing Endmin's Agility attribute, Physical DMG bonus, and Attack stat with its weapon skills.

Grand Vision is the Endministrator's best weapon due to its Agility, Attack, Physical DMG, and Arts Intensity bonuses. This weapon provides all the stats Endmin needs to play the Crush DPS role, heightening the damage done by their skills and Crush procs.
Alternatively, players can use the Eminent Repute weapon for extra team utility by providing an Attack buff to the other Operators in the field. Sundering Steel is a powerful F2P alternative, available as a reward for completing the first Node of the Operational manual.

Grizzled Edge:
Wearer's ATK +8%.
When the wearer applies Crush or Breach, the wearer gains Physical DMG Dealt +(6% x Max number of Vulnerability stacks consumed from one enemy) for 20s. If the target already has Physical Susceptibility, is Staggered, or has attached Originium Crystals, increase the aforementioned buff to 1.5 times. This buff cannot stack.

Endministrator's best gear is the Grizzled Edge set with the Aethertech Gloves as the off-piece. This build significantly increases Endmin's attributes, Agility and Strength, while providing a significant Physical DMG Bonus to improve the damage of their attacks and skills.
Grizzled Edge Gauntlets T1, along with the Grizzled Edge Armor T1, can provide Arts Intensity to improve the Endmin's Crush damage. This is especially powerful in a Mono Physical team where Endmin can reliably trigger Crush at four Vulnerable stacks.
Players who were running the Swordmancer and Aethertech Gloves combo prior to the Grizzled Edge can safely use Aethertech Gloves in place of Grizzled Edge Gauntlets T1 or a Swordmancer Flint in place of one of the Grizzled Edge Push Knife T1, as their stat bonuses are identical. This is simply to save resources, as players may have a fully artificed set before the Grizzled Edge set was released.

The Roving MSGR set is the best early to mid-game set for Endministrator since it boosts their primary attribute, Agility, and gives additional Physical DMG with the set bonus. It is made with Ferrium Components, accessible as soon as players can mine Ferrium Ore.
Endministrator's playstyle revolves around them applying Originium Crystals and Vulnerability stacks before consuming them. Since Endministrator's Physical Status application is mainly Crush, they are better intended to consume stacks in the last part of the rotation.
You get the most damage by using their talents in this order:
Endministrator's Battle Skill, Constructive Sequence, applies Crush, a Physical Status that can either apply or consume Vulnerability if cast first or last, respectively.
If you use it while Vulnerability is already present in enemies, it will proc and deal additional damage!
The Originium Crystals mechanic is unique to Endministrator and is mainly applied through their Combo Skill. When cast, enemies inflicted with these crystals will become immobilized.
If an enemy afflicted with Originium Crystals gets hit by a Physical Status or Vulnerability, it gets removed but deals additional Physical DMG in the process. Certain Operators like Alesh also have unique skills connected to this mechanic, with his Combo Skill being triggered if the Crystal is consumed.
Endministrator's Ultimate can consume Originium Crystals to deal a second instance of damage against enemies. We recommend using this after their Combo Skill to effectively benefit from the additional attack!

There is currently no option to remove Endministrator's Mask in the game. The mask is highly likely to be tied to Endministrator's past and has great significance to the game's story.

There is not much known about Endministrator, let alone their canon name. If you'd like, you can treat the player name as their official name, call them by Endmin, and maybe even Penguin with the community's pet name for the female MC!

Endministrator's profile on the official site states that they are one of the guardians who protected the civilization in Talos-II, saving them from peril multiple times in the past. Despite all the stories about them, their identity remains a mystery, and is implied to be the Endfield Industries' "very special trump card".
They are known to hold great proficiency in handling Originium and the Protocol network. Their need for periodic long-term hibernation is mentioned to be one of Endfield's most important secrets, adding another layer of mystery to their identity.
Narrator asking what to call the Endministrator at the end of Teaser Trailer 01
At the end of Arknights: Endfield Teaser Trailer 01, the narrator asks if they would rather be called the Endministrator, Oracle, or the Doctor. This implies that Endministrator likely has a connection to the Doctor in Arknights, though the nature of their relationship and identity remains unknown.

I have to say after playing so many gacha, it's refreshing to see that the MC for Endfield is as strong as they are. As of the moment they're the only one that can apply the Crystals debuff and it's pretty neat to not feel like you MUST replace them ASAP to get a working team. Been running them as Main DPS for some time now and it works more than fine.

So, for a late game its best to use Grand vision or Eminent repute? The pages of these weapons say that Eminent is better for endministrator, but here it say it's that Grand vision is better for him as dps im not understanding, srry
