How to Unlock Spotlight of the Morning Star
Complete Maintenance Progress
Spotlight of the Morning Star can be unlocked by finishing the Maintenance Progress main mission. There are no level restrictions for this quest.

Read Director Qin's Message
To start Liino's Operator Mission, you need to read Director Qin's message in your Baker. She will inform you of a concert happening today, in hopes that you take it easy.
Go to the Worker Dorms
Go to the Worker Dorms and select Enter once you reach the marker. This will prompt you to start the quest in Immersion Mode, with just the Endministrator in the preset team.
The Hub Interactive Map and Locations
Talk to the Fans
You will run into Alia, who will explain who Liino is and the purpose of her concert at Valley IV. You will then talk to the fans by following Alia as she makes her way through crowds of supporters.
Talk to the Agency Employee
Alia will suddenly receive an urgent call, during which you will need to speak with the agency employee. Follow the now running Alia to the employees to trigger the cutscene.
Here, you will learn that Liino is missing. The agency recruits you and Alia to help find her before her concert starts.
Head to the Scene
You will now head to the scene where Liino was last seen. Follow Alia to the site, then a cutscene will begin.
Staff member Eren will fill you in on the details. While Alia rounds up trusted workers, you will opt to inspect the site.
Investigate the Scene
Approach the yellow markers, then select Investigate to investigate the scene. This will prompt some clues and give you more context on how the staff sees Liino.
Once you have finished interacting with everything, you will notice traces of Arts within the scene. Fiona the Comms Officer will confirm this information shortly and help you track it down.
Scan For Traces
Scan for traces to uncover a trail left behind by a perfume's scent. Follow this trail to progress.
At the end of the track, you will run into the missing idol, Liino. She will carry you away in her haste to avoid the agency, and wind up in a different location.
Take A Photo of Liino and Grace
In this new area, you will come across a fan named Grace, who will immediately ask for a picture with the idol. Take a photo of Liino and Grace together using the Camera feature.
Once the photo has been taken, the Endministrator will confront Liino about her evasiveness with her agency.
Talk to Liino
Liino will then ask for your help against her shady agency. She hopes to do a free solo concert for all of her fans, but she needs resources to do so.
You can talk to Liino after she spills all the details and select either I'll help you out or I need to think about it. Choosing to help her will trigger dialogue and complete the mission!
