You can get Sewage by placing Cuprium Ore and Clean Water through a Refining Unit. Additionally, you can also get Sewage by having 2 Xircon Effluent and 1 Ferrium Powder go through the Reactor Crucible.

Note that you can also get Cuprium and Xircon via their respective methods.
